1.College degree or above. Candidates with 5+ years of sales experience in photovoltaic silver paste or photovoltaic auxiliary materials will be prioritized.

2.Possess industry connections and customer resources, capable of independently developing new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.

3.Strong communication skills and business negotiation techniques.

1.Bachelor’s degree, science and engineering majors preferred.

2.5+ years of work experience in technical support or battery process, familiar with industry technology development trends, front-end and back-end processes of photovoltaic (PV) cells, as well as product development processes and market dynamics.

3.Strong capabilities in data analysis, copywriting, and excellent communication and team management skills.

1.Master’s or doctoral degree, majors in organic chemistry, polymer science, composite materials, etc. preferred.

2.3+ years of R&D experience in the same industry, or in electronic pastes, conductive adhesives, printing inks, etc. will be prioritized.

3.Solid theoretical knowledge and practical application experience in polymer polymerization and physical blending; familiar with the properties of surfactants, solvents, and thixotropic agents.

4.Strong logical thinking ability and R&D innovation capabilities.

1.Master’s or doctoral degree, majors in metallurgical engineering, material chemical engineering, composite materials, etc. preferred.

2.2+ years of experience in copper paste or copper powder development, familiar with domestic and international copper powder suppliers and their product characteristics; priority given to those familiar with copper powder anti-oxidation technology.

3.Strong logical thinking ability and R&D innovation capabilities.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in computer science, electronic information, etc. preferred.

2.Priority given to candidates with AI-related project experience.

3.Experience in smart factory projects and familiarity with factory production processes, equipment management, data collection, and analysis will be a plus.
